Volodymyr Lugovskyy is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Economics at Indiana University. His research spans international trade, experimental economics, finance, and applied microeconomics, with numerous publications in top journals, including the American Economic Review, European Economic Review, and Journal of International Economics. Professor Lugovskyy earned his Ph.D. in Economics from Purdue University, an M.A. from the EERC (now Kyiv School of Economics) in Ukraine, and a B.A. from NaUKMA in Ukraine.
