Professor Chang recently participated in the prestigious World Knowledge Forum in South Korea, where she delivered a keynote address on the topic of "Monetary and Redistributive Policies and Their Effects on Income Inequality." In addition, she chaired a distinguished session featuring Professor James Robinson, 2024 Nobel Laureate in Economics, on the theme "Rise and Fall of Nations in an Era of Global Transformation."
