Jin Yeub Kim is an Associate Professor of Economics at Yonsei University and is jointly appointed as Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Economics at Indiana University for Spring 2026.  She received her Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Chicago and her B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Mathematics from Yonsei University. Her research is in the fields of micro theory, political economy, and public economics. Her current work focuses on informed principal problems (theory and lab experiment), matching and partnership games, and mediation in conflicts. She has published in the Journal of Economic Theory, Games and Economic Behavior, Journal of Law and Economics, and AEA Papers and Proceedings, among other outlets.
